Following a new project enquiry, we meet with clients to discuss the broad objectives of the project, offer initial, outline advice and establish the general scope of work and involvement required of us and, where appropriate, other professionals and specialists. We do not charge for this initial consultation and we follow up with a detailed letter setting out a strategy for overcoming the main issues essential to delivering the project; a letter is normally accompanied by a comprehensive Schedule of Services and Fees.
