Replacement wing at Listed House in Clare

Once a stable, with staff quarters above, this rickety structure was effectively condemned and needed to be replaced.

The opportunity was taken to enhance and enlarge the building, with a modern, future-proof structure that retained a sense of history in its central, Conservation Area location.

This wasn’t an easy build – there were listed buildings all around and a full-length party wall to contend with, but our clients dived in to the experience, creating a beautiful Kitchen/family space and significantly enhancing their town-centre home.
