An enhanced home

Alterations and new extensions can significantly enhance how an existing house functions and how it looks — a good quality solution can result in the feeling of moving house, without actually moving house! Careful analysis is usually required, to make sure the most effective solution is achieved and again, listening to the client and carefully addressing their brief is vital.

We have extensive skills in this area, designing traditional and contemporary extensions, but also creating traditional annexes, outbuilding ranges and listed building refurbishments & alterations (where the ‘heritage’ element can bring added complications).

Great care is taken to get the most from all opportunities that the existing building might provide while also making sure to tailor the design to the client’s needs.
